Went there on 2/12/24 at 9:30am and this guy named Flint put on my tires and he messed up my car and I asked if theres something we can do about it and he told me to come back at 12:00 so Mr Tim the owner would show up and I did and Mr Tim tells me there nothing he can do about it because he wasnt there so this is a picture I took of the car yesterday and this is one from when the guy messed up my car clearly they dont what there doing.

I had been getting used tires from here for years and loved the people that work there. I finance a new set of tires online and go to have them put on. Boss comes out and says I'm missing a lugnut they can't do it so I said I'd go get it and had to go to Whiteville to get it. I passed multiple tire places and remained loyal to the place I loved. I get back and the young man walked into the office comes out and says "boss said we don't have time". There were no customers and 45 minutes before closing after I wasted time and money I then figured out he just didn't want to put them on and instead of telling me like a man he sent me for something I didn't need. He didn't even tell me himself he made a young man do it. Spineless douchebag that screws over loyal customers. Whiteville new and used tires are honest and better just go there.
