Back in 2007 we were moved out of the state due to my husband's job. We were stuck with a home that we made into a rental in order to continue to pay 2 mortgages in 2 different states. We tried for 4 years to put our Raleigh home on the market with another agency and were never able to even get it listed. Kevin was recommended to us by a friend who is an agent in a different part of NC and boy are we glad he was! In 2 months Kevin had our home on the market, under contract, and then officially SOLD! Not only did it sell, but we were able to get more than we initially thought. Kevin is such a delight to work with and when we make our move back to NC you better believe that we will be calling him to help us find a new home.

Kevin just helped me find and purchase my new N Raleigh townhouse. I really didn't know what I was doing - yet he guided and advised me through each step with patience and humor! I used Kevin for my first investment property and found that he went above and beyond in helping me find the perfect first rental at the right cost and potential income. He offered excellent advice for differences when picking out an investment home vs. my prior experience with a personal home. He also helped me negotiate on the property and referred me to an excellent management company that has been great. I have since extended into a second rental property and of course Kevin knew what I was looking for and allowed me to find something quickly.
