I could not say anything but great things about this company and Alex, the owner!! From beginning to end was a completely stress free experience! My husband and I were trying to sell our inherited property. Many issues with the property from a small mortgage still left to be satisfied, 6 heirs and their spouses that had interest in the property, to multiple liens attached to the property that we were unaware of! When my father in law passed away in 2013, we were the only of the heirs interested in keeping up the property and keeping it in the family. However, our thought process changed over the years, and we decided to sell. We had been under contract with another buyer, and once these issues came to light, they backed out, understandably! We were feeling defeated, to say the least! I reached out to NC Cash Home Buyers via email on May 23rd, and within the hour, Alex responded. We explained everything about the property as well as what we hoped to make on the property once all other financial obligations were satisfied. He researched the property and sent over the proposal. He met our request with no haggling or rebuttals.
