Dave Patchin has been assisting me in a home search for about 3 years and we recently were able to purchase our dream home! Now it was no fault of Daves that we were working together for 3 years; as an independent contractor I needed 2 years of tax returns and everything lined up for us late this summer. Dave checked in from time to time and was always open for questions. Dave is a terrific realtor who provided my wife and I with thorough insights throughout the home buying process. If Dave tells you he will get something done for you, he will! Dave showed up for home inspections, walk throughs, and closing despite purchasing a home during the pandemic. Dave was always professional and provides you with detailed reports on the markets, breakdowns of costs and closing documents, and was always there to talk with me about any concerns that I had. I would recommend Dave to anyone purchasing a home or interested in learning about the process. Amanda Williams was also great in assisting us in our preparation for buying our home and helping coordinate logistics that you may otherwise not think of when planning a move. David Williams and the Selling to Give team helped us sell our townhome and buy a single family home in Raleigh. We are so thrilled with our experience working with Dave and Kara! As first time home buyers, we knew next to nothing about this process and had tons of questions.
