Group 15 Real Estate - Raleigh

Property managers dont respond to emails when contacted regarding property tours. One property manager emailed me asking about my availability for a tour and I was never replied to. I attempted to follow up and was left without a response. No wonder why one of their rentals has been up for 95 days. No one can get in contact with these people. You cant even call them to speak with someone because you automatically get sent to the Group 15 call center. Dont waste your time trying to contact these people cause youll die before hearing from them. Contact property managers that actually want to rent out their clients property.

I've been working with Group 15 for a while now and I have to say it is a great company with great people. They really know their stuff & you can tell they really care about their customers, which is the sign of a truly fantastic business. Highly recommend!

We've had the opportunity to do business with Group 15 since early 2016. They are professional, and they treat their customers right. They have a great culture and I always enjoy working with them. They have a serious customer focus.
