    So far not too happy. Communication is awful. The water in the shower is SO hot it actually physically burned me and now I have a scar. We had put in a maintenence request, the guy finally came out and was here from 8-5 and couldn't fix it. Every time I call Masterkey I get someone who is VERY hard to understand. I even asked if they were local or outsourced and they told me outsourced. Dissapointing because they tell you that they have NO access to any of your info. Not even name, email, or phone number. It's simply "I don't have any answers for you" or "I can't help you." This needs addressed! Editing my review to respond to the business: Yes, people have accents. But when they can't understand me and neither me or my husband can understand them, it's a problem. And every single person working in reception has such a thick accent they have to have ME repeat myself multiple times because of a language barrier. Very difficult to communicate. Bumping this down to ONE STAR. Been having issues with our smoke alarms randomly going off. Put in a request and was ignored for days. I called and explained everything to the staff and they said they were sending out a man to help. A few days later a "maintenence guy" shows up (he's wearing a power washing company shirt) asking about changing a light bulb. This level of unprofessionalism and illegitimacy is unacceptable!

Hi Willow, I am sorry that you had a bad experience with a maintenance request. Sometimes people have accents which is the result of a diverse society that we live in but we love all of our staff members whether they have accents or not. With regards to your maintenance request, we will reroute it to another vendor. All you needed to do was give us the opportunity to to hear from the vendor who would have told us they could not fix it and we needed to send send someone else out.
