This location is recommended for any parent who can work productively knowing and feeling that their child's life is in trustworthy, responsible hands and, most importantly, your child will feel the care with much and true love. East Cary Kindercare has been a second home to my kids for over 2 years. I am especially grateful to the wonderful teachers and administrators at the center for being there when other centers were closed during this pandemic. I applaud their expertise in implementing the CDC recommended health and safety guidelines at their center. My children have grown academically and emotionally since being there. Thank you so much for all that you do!

UNPROFESSIONAL. I would not recommend this center to any parent that has a child with special needs. The staff have no idea how to treat children with special needs and I have witnessed the director even yell at a child with autism. I'm so glad I got my child out when I did. Do not waste your time and money here. ZERO stars if I could.

My son attended the East Cary Kindercare during COVID essential care time period. As you can imagine this was a very scary time to be looking for childcare, but my prayers were answered when Ms. Susan answered the phone. She was kind, understanding and beyond supportive of my needs and concerns. She took her time to walk me through the enrollment process and what to expect at drop off/pick up and throughout the day. Never did she rush me or make me feel like she had answered the same questions for a hundred other parents, which I am sure she had! I am pretty sure she would have stayed on the phone all day with me if that was what I needed. After meeting all the smiling and welcoming faces I knew that they were the real deal. They were prepared on day one for our arrival, and everyone knew my sons name and shared bits about his day with me. The level of caution that they took and are taking to ensure that all the children stay healthy is top notch! I enrolled my son in a school for three months that I was never able to enter, and not once did I question the level of care that he was receiving. As a mom in a pandemic, that was placed to work in a hospital an hour from my home, I was able to go to work each day with peace of mind. If you are looking for a childcare program that is consistent, reliable, loving, safe, nurturing, supportive, that also supports your child’s education and growth this is the school for you. Thank you Kindercare staff for being my hero, and my sons hero.
