If you want someone who knows the local market intimately, understands what motivates today's buyers, and understands how to prepare and market your home to its best advantage, Merry Ann is your person. Merry Ann worked with us untold hours over several weeks advising and helping us stage our home. She explained how to effectively market it, and what to expect when it went on the market.
