One of the best meals weve had in awhile and we are foodies. From start to finish, service, presentation, flavors, and food were exceptional. The chef even visited our table a few times to check in. The concept of small plates and constant changing menu is special. We will definitely be back for the next menu round! It was a birthday celebration and a wonderful one at this gem of a restaurant.

A perfect birthday dinner with a sweet ending! Connor, the head chef, runs an incredibly creative menu. We had: Loaded Tots - Okonomiyaki style with Kewpie mayo, sweet soy sauce, furikake, smoked bonito Grilled Eggplant - Sweet and savory with an amazing whipped tofu black sesame sauce Duck with Apricot Duck Sauce - The savory apricot sauce was my favorite part of this dish. Couldve licked it clean! XO Fried Rice - Sometimes a rich seafood dish is too much, but every bite of this was perfectly balanced to make you want more. We also tried the spritz and the lychee lime cocktails (both delicious). And we were offered a free dessert (strawberry sorbet with perfectly crisp honeycomb that makes you think of spring). Cant wait to come back! For those who havent tried M Test Kitchen (or only tried it in their early days, when they were still working out some kinks), please give Chef Connors food a try. Thank you to all the staff for a truly memorable birthday dinner.

March 2024, stopped in with a couple friends to share plates. Was disappointed the chicken wings werent on the menu but the food is still amazing. Dan dan noodles are at the high end of perfectly spicy for me and well balanced flavors. The tots and cauliflower were my favorite dishes we ate. The cauliflower is super satisfying and the tots are whimsical and busy with competing but complimentary flavors. The proteins we had, duck and beef, were cooked perfect and satisfying. The dessert was a bit of a miss for me with a bit of a funk to it that would have been better for me if it was just a bit more subtle. Still love this place but definitely miss the wings. My previous review follows below My wife and I loved this restaurant. The vibe is modern and clean. The service is attentive, helpful, and very friendly. And the food, mmmmmm We started with the Spicy Lamb Salad which is best described as bold. Lots of Szechuan peppercorns give this dish a zingy tongue numbing spice but still well balanced flavors. Delicious. Warm green beans were also great. Al dente, seasoned perfect and they took the time to remove the stringy floss that can make green beans irritating to eat. Next we had the Yaki Tori, grilled soy marinated chicken oyster muscle with garlic sauce. Folks in the know, know the oyster muscle is the absolute best bite of the chicken. If your grandma loved you, she would give you this bite of chicken when you were helping her out in the kitchen. Each whole bird has two oysters so theres something decadent about a dish serving 12 oysters. The flavors are mild in this dish, I wish I had started with this one but I still felt Grandmas love in this dish. :) We finished with the chicken wings. Perfect. Perfectly crispy. Perfectly salty. Perfectly sweet. Perfectly tangy. These are the Triangles best chicken wings. There is a nice selection of house cocktails, the M Old Fashioned was lovely. I enjoyed every part this experience.
