I hired this company to work on my house. This included painting the interior, exterior and install new hardwood floors in my home to match the existing. Painting went well at first (even though I didn't get all the paint receipts even though they kept calling from the paint store), but then the hardwood word began. I was assured they these were "the best guys that install homes in million dollar homes". To make a very long story short, the installers did not know what they were doing. There are gaps between the wood, the floor has dips and I mean the type of dip that would cause you to look back to where you just stepped. They didn't remove the shoe molding and there are gaps were there is no new stain. There are boards that are splintered or cracked and should not have been used. They went against and across the grain so the floor looks like a wave. The boards are cupping (happened as soon as the seasons changed) because they didn't  do something else right. When I called them out after seeing it and said they needed to stop because it needs to be ripped out. I got a refund for the stain, but they destroyed thousands of dollars in wood. o top that off, all of a sudden, I started getting paint all over the floor which they did not get up. They sent a cleaner that stayed in the house for about 15 minutes and left.I had to pay $375 to clean up the dust out the house alone. I have paint on curtains, doors, etc. I had to replace the hinges since they painted over most of them. They started last year in Oct and it is August of the following year and my floors are still not fixed. The owner Jose now doesn't want to answer calls. He sent a friend over that he claimed he didn't now to tell me the floors did not need to be replaced and he could fix it from $4500. Then later, same guy told me the installer that put in the floors was just a helper and decided he could install and didn't know what he was doing, . He also went up to over $11000 to attempt to PATCH what this company did. Do NOT LET these people in your house. They are crooks. You will start getting calls from wood stores and paint stores for another gallon of this another gallon of that, but only some receipts and I asked for them all. I assume I didn't get them because they were funding other projects or warranty work knowing them. I will post pictures later and if you want to see I'll let you even come check out their work which is still very present, even the paint on the floor.
