Udupi Cafe

The owner is very rude and does not have even have basic etiquettes of talking to customers. We had gone with 2 families and had initially told him that give us two separate tables. He gave us together which we appreciated - just to add gratuity. When we said it is not right and wanted him to take it off, he started shouting and said - take it for free. We tried explaining to it to which he said Dont come to my restaurant again. What an attitude!!! Treats his customers as dirt!! The owner does not know how to even talk to customers.

We ordered a few dishes the Mysore masala dosa was not good. I mean my mom left almost half of it the malai kofta was not very good the naan bread was very good The starters are excellent and we also enjoyed the breakfast in the morning. The coffee in this place is simply to die for. they should think about upgrading the place a little bit. The bathrooms are really bad paper was fallen all over the floor and the sweets that we ordered. The paisam was not goodalso the double ka meetha was terrible the gulab jamoon nd rasmalai was superb! All in all you can visit the place and eat maybe once I dont think that Ill come back again thank you for your hospitality!

I have eaten at Udupi Cafe three other times and the food was always good. This past weekend, I happened to visit at lunchtime with a significant rush of customers. The sambar had been watered down in anticipation of the rush and that ruined the experience. If I go again, I will avoid lunchtime at weekends. Vegetarian options: Avoid lunchtime at weekends

Awesome restaurant The food was fresh and yummy. The service was fast. The ambiance was also good Best vegetarian Bharatiy restaurant in RTP.
