Hands down one of the best customer experiences Ive had with car dealerships. The staff was great. They really went out of their way to make me feel appreciated. But, the venue leaves a little to be desired. The parking lot is an absolute mess. The first time you pull in its confusing. There is no place to park. No signage. Cars stacked up on top of each other. Techs pulling cars around its a mess. Showroom is tiny, amenities are not on par with what Im used to at a Maserati dealership and they will send you no less than 3 text messages asking you to complete a survey. Would I recommend them? Yes, because the team there made it worth it. But I have to be honest. If you want a review this badly, Im going to give you the good, the bad, and the ugly. The parking lot is ugly. The service is great.
