I was looking for a Cascade Falls Cypress Tree and called there on my way from Southern Pines to Cary and the lady on the phone checked and they had one so I went in to Garden Supply. What an AMAZING place with AMAZING people. I have been gardening over 40 years and been to many nurseries, greenhouses, etc. and had never seen anywhere but here that had such a variety and selection and top quality products. Everyone there that I spoke to or that spoke to me first we're so wonderful. Very knowledgeable and just a pleasure to deal with. I drove an hour to get here and if you're thinking of going and your drive is over an hour it's well worth the trip believe me. This place does not disappoint. Thank you so much to everyone at Garden Supply that helped me today. This is my one stop shop from here on in!

Third time visiting this place and every single time, I get the iciest reception. People who obviously work there and pass by me completely ignore me. When I try to catch one of them to ask a question, they turn away. Every. Single. Time. But when a couple of white customers walked by, they immediately get asked if they needed help. I know racism when I see it, and it was so apparent the staff favored certain types only. When I picked up several things to purchase and one or 2 of the workers clearly saw that I obviously needed help, like, right in plain sight in front of the checkout area, I got ignored. Only one person today finally offered to briefly help. I really shouldnt have purchased anything with that kind of treatment but that one lady associate helped me change my mind, but I will NEVER go back. The icing on this horrible experience is the cashier barely said anything to me and didnt offer any help to bring my purchases to my car. Just handed me my receipt as I thanked her inspire of her rude behavior. They are also way overpriced! I like supporting local businesses but these people are not worth it!

Beautiful selections in every department. Usually go here every weekend during spring and summer. Love the tree and shrub choices. Always forget to take photos cause I get caught up in looking at everything they have to offer.
