        Brand new building in a very convenient location in West Cary. Time will tell how good this location is, but for now (August of 2022) we will assume it is nice due to its novelty and location. Appears to have ample parking.

        I was running late to me appointment, I called to advise them of my tardiness. However, I was immediately told I had to reschedule. Nevermind, that I was in traffic for 1 hour and 30+minutes due to accidents and congestion on the road. I hate to feel that if I were Caucasian they would have said.. oh, no worries, you're here now. Poor customer relations service!! They act as if life hasn't ever happened to them!!

        Had our first visit to the Pediatrics overall office visit is satisfactory. New build and ample parking. Place is quite and easy accessible to West Cary and Morrisville residents. Front office person seems to be not quite happy today but we understand that it might be one of the challenging day for her.
