We tried a few dry cleaners in our area before we discovered Ace Dry Cleaners, and I'm so glad we found them! They have cleaned everything from our regular clothes to a weighted blanket, and everything is always done perfectly. We've also had several dresses tailored there, and again, the tailoring was just what we asked for and ready super quickly. They text you when your clothes are ready, and their prices are very reasonable...AND they are always just so nice! Highly recommend. :)

The communication here could definitely be better. A month or so ago I brought in a dress that I wanted hemmed. It wasnt a very formal dress or anything, just a dress I really loved that was a little long on me. I was initially charged around $60 but when I left the store the owner called and I had to go back in and pay around $13 more because they undercharged me, but I figured even though I paid more than I was expecting itd be worth it. However when I got the dress back I realized the sides are longer than the back. I attached a photo (its hard to tell from it though). I just am super bummed because the dress itself was not cheap and neither was getting it hemmed. I messaged them and they said due to the cut of the dress, they couldnt make the sides shorter. I wish they wouldve told me this in advance though because I wouldve decided to not hem the dress at all because I wore the dress to an event today and just was noticing the longer sides the whole time, which is upsetting because it was one of my favorite dresses. Wish there was a way to get refunded for the service and to replace the dress. I personally wouldnt recommend this place for altering services.

Had a dress hemmed here a while back. They did an amazing job, the stitching was perfect. The owner ensured I got the dress back in time for my event. Top notch quality service. Will definitely be back next time I need something tailored.
