My daughter has been there for almost one year now and I have no complaints. I love the app they have - very easy to see how she is doing, including the meals. All teachers are very kind ans I am super grateful for all attention she is receiving. She will be turning two soon and she is speaking English pretty well (we are foreigners). She is also very well educated.

We are so thankful for the incredible teachers, administration, and support staff at White Plains Children's Center. The folks at WPCC are communicative, nurturing, responsive, and inclusive in their approach to education. My little one had intense separation anxiety post-pandemic and the teachers at WPCC have been so immensely supportive, gentle and communicative with her & us during all transitions. I feel truly lucky to have found such a child-centered environment for my daughter to grow and develop in. As a testament to their fantastic reputation, all four grandchildren in the family have attended WPCC!

WPCC is a exceptional school! My son is is now 12 went there from ages 2-5. They handled his separation anxiety with warmth and nurturing. I frequently have told the directors I wished they had a kindergarten program. My 3 year old daughter now attends and loves going to school to see her teachers. These teachers go above and beyond with our kids. I am a child therapist and in searching for a preschool program I found what I was looking for in White Plains. It is very child centered and play based with a focus on building relationships between child and teacher. I cannot express how wonderful I feel sending my children to White Plains. I know they are receiving the best care possible. I also worked in daycares previously and I can say this is the place to send your children. Highly recommend!!!

My son currently attends White Plains and I have never been more grateful for an institution or group of people. He started at WPCC in the youngest class (Pandas) at a time when he was experiencing extreme developmental delays. He is now in the Turtles class and I cannot begin to describe the amazing growth he has shown (and continues to show) since that first day. The support is endless we truly are a team working together to help my son. There is constant communication between the teachers, admin, Wake County therapists, and me. He is so happy at school, he LOVES his teachers, therapists, and admins and talks about them constantly. Inclusion is so important, and I believe this school does it right. He has friends with all different abilities, and Ive seen firsthand how kind, patient, and supportive these kids are of one another. Ive gotten to know the parents in his classroom as well and suddenly find myself with a supportive community of people I didnt expect. Navigating this world of special needs is hard, but I find so much comfort in knowing we have the support of WPCC behind us. His needs have changed as he has grown, some challenges that werent as prevalent initially have moved to the forefront, but the school meets him where he is at and makes adjustments so that he can continue to learn and grow in a safe, accessible environment. As we get closer to Kindergarten, Im becoming scared of leaving this place of inclusion and moving into the unknown. I mentioned this to the schools Executive Director, Nicole, and she spent an unhurried hour with me answering questions, offering specific guidance, and explaining the Kindergarten transition process. This is just one example of many that I could give of the amazing support weve experienced here. I wish I could give this place 100 stars!

My oldest daughter has attended this school since she was 18 months old, she is about to turn five soon and we have had an absolutely amazing experience. The teachers there are the best I've ever met. Our youngest started there last year and is in love with her teachers. But, it isn't just about them being nice or great teachers, they have been almost family these last four years and through all of covid. Our daughter has a speech delay and the administrators went out of the way to help in every way possible. They guided us through finding therapists and building our child's IEP for Kindergarten. They even showed us how to evaluate new schools and how to talk to the principals there to learn about the programs they had. Our kids benefited so much from going to White Plains that it is just amazing that we found them by accident because we lived a few minutes away. Now we live in Wake Forest and drive down to Cary every day so our kids are able to stay at White Plains.
