I get things happen. I am VERY glad the girl did not cut my hair if shes feeling bad. I find it hard to believe that everyone that was scheduled today had an event that could not be postponed. And then, if by some miracle, that did happen, the manager should have called me back saying they tried everything they could and offer a way to make it right otherwise. They just threw their hands up and said there was nothing they would do. She suggested i call the Morrisville store. I live closest to there and only called the Crossroads store because Morrisville was already booked when i was scheduling. This was also at 9am when the store doesnt answer their phone so i couldnt check on this myself. As the manager, she should have called over there for me since she can contact them after hours, and she should have asked them to do the same - check to see if anyone else could reschedule so i could have their slot.
i hope Summer feels better and I hope she is blessed with better management soon.
