        Shady business tactics, AVOID! They try to sneak accessories in with the purchase of a phone, despite NOT asking for it or there being a promotion for additional accessories. The staff was very rude as well.

        My old phone died and I needed to replace. Faith was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make the entire process painless and super efficient. She was so kind and patient. She even noticed that our current Cricket plan could be improved and we would save money. Amazing! Thank you, Faith!
