Great experience working with this company!! Cant recommend them enough. I called and the very friendly service on the phone was able to fit me in for a same day appointment. They communicated when they were on the way and did a phenomenal job being respectful of our home. The before and after was so good we added in the rest of the house as well at the last minute. John and Aidan were a pleasure and were so glad we were on their route. Friendly service and will definitely use them again. For any property managers looking for move out cleans I highly recommend them because of the marked difference in the carpets.

Although they were slightly behind schedule, they were very professional, friendly, and helpful. I had prepped the areas to be cleaned, so they were very efficient in completing the job. I had many areas with pet stains and used an ultraviolet flashlight to confirm that all pet stains were gone. Great service!

Excellent service - highly recommend! We spilled paint on the carpet and called Carpet Pro. They were able to squeeze us in with a same day appointment that afternoon. Shortly after booking the appt. Zach called to ask about the stain and gave some advice for minimizing the damage until they arrived. Zach and Aidan arrived earlier than the promised window (but it was expected b/c I got a text 30m in advance of arrival). Before starting any work, they set our expectations that it will likely be better but not 100%. They got to work quickly on the stained area and then cleaned the rest of the room and hallway. They worked quickly and treated our home with respect and care. All of the employees I spoke with are very friendly and professional. I'll definitely use Carpet Pro again and recommend them to others!
