        Took my new Slash 8 GX into this store, immediately I was greeted and welcomed by an outstanding sales staff. I had a warranty issue that was being handled by Kat, she was totally professional and friendly. My issue was resolved by one of the very knowledgeable bike mechanics within 20 mins. I met Jamie (store manager), he was totally down to earth, very approachable and very knowledgeable. Overall my experience was awesome, the store was full of great energy and well organized. Trek Cary has certainly set the example of pure excellence. As I start personalizing and tuning my new bike, Trek Cary will be my go-to store. Thanks guys! 11/12/2021 I wanted to add an additional review, shout out to Nathan (service manager). Trek Cary had ordered a new dropper post for me, unfortunately ordered the incorrect size.. My new bike has a unique size @ 34.9mm.. Nathan and Ryan (bike mechanic) quickly assessed this issue and offered me some different solutions and recommendations. Nathan went out of his way to keep me informed at all times and provided some much needed advise and researched some viable options. I must say this once again, this store is full of good energy, full of down-to-earth professionals whose personalities are infectious. They set examples on how excellence should be measured. Thanks again guys!
