AMC Contracting

AMC has done a lot of great work for us. While they most recently helped us fix our garbage disposal (so fast!) the last big project was a complete renovation of our master bathroom. The team was extremely helpful, and worked with us every step of the way to make sure the outcome met our needs. Price was extremely fair too. We're having them help us stain our fence next and I can't see going with any other company for our future projects as well. These are honest and hard working people! Photo is of the bathroom 99% complete - the frameless glass doors complete the look!

We absolutely love our new kitchen! Vlad, Sergio, and team did a fantastic job replacing our countertops/backsplash, removing cabinets, and rebuilding our sink (it had leaked for a while and destroyed the cabinetry underneath!). If I had one critique it would simply be the project management system didn't seem to be used much, so most communication was by email, which just wasn't my preference but definitely not a blocker. In the end, they did amazing work with extreme attention to detail. I highly recommend.

We worked with AMC for a large attic renovation, turning an unfinished attic into a ~750 square foot bonus room. They did outstanding work and everyone was a pleasure to work with, and the price was very competitive, relative to other agencies in the area that provide similar remodeling services. Proactive communication and planning could use some improvement, though. We had to rework the layout of the space due to HVAC decisions that were made and not communicated until the time of installation, and the project was delayed by quite a bit due to some planning hiccups. Overall, we are really happy with the finished product and I plan on working with them on future projects. Service: Remodeling

I interviewed about a dozen contractors, and this was the only one who decided to charge a (small) fee to send out a low ranked worker to take measurements so that they could send me an "estimate". But I was unable to learn anything about the company or have any meaningful communication to compare them to others. Everyone else sent someone who could assess the challenges and discuss the job, but the guy didn't want to say anything just measure and go. Obviously, I went with someone else. I'm writing this review so that others can save their time and just skip AMC, they are a waste of time.

I recently had a leak in my home. I contacted AMC late in the evening to see if they provided after hours service because it was after 8:00 p.m. They had a technician at my home within an hour to assess the problem. The technicians was back on-site before 8:00 a.m. the next day to start repairs. They were extremely courteous and professional. I couldnt have imagined a better outcome. I appreciate Carlos and his Team for all they do and recommend them to anyone whos looking to have any type of renovation or repairs done to their home. Thank you, AMC!
