I am so livid with these guys that I just signed into Yelp for the first time in 2+ years.I have been using them for a while for Home and Renters Insurance with limited problemsShan'nay is always a pleasure to work with.She was on vacay yesterday when I saw a charge for almost $1100 for my recently added upgrade of auto insurance.Keep in mind I own 5 cars and give them all my business.They should debited my acct $80-$100 (monthly payments as I have set up monthly auto recurring payments.)I called them yesterday and left a message and got ZERO return call.Spoke to Kevin today at 10am and he assured me he'd call Allstate Corporate and get right back to me.  2 hours goes by and I call back. He proceeds to give me an attitude for keeping him to his word.  I told him I have checks that will bounce from that account and I want that money back from them if this happens. Perfectly reasonable action no?If I don't get a call back from them today I am disputing this 100% unauthorized charge. This should have been a 2 minute fix to credit me back my $$.I run a 3 million dollar business this is NOT how you treat a client that YOU screwed up on!I am changing carriers next week as this is ridiculous
