        The extra sunroom and responsive maintenance is pretty much the saving grace of this complex. Otherwise it's not great. No accountability for people who let their aggressive dogs off-leash or trash the common spaces. Apartments are clearly not well taken care of. Everything is painted over, the floors sink in certain areas, and there was mold present in the apartment on move in. The gym is a tiny room that looks post-apocalyptic; theres weights thrown everywhere and no wipes, soap, toilet paper, paper towels, etc. I would enjoy this place a lot more if there was care taken to make sure the residents were safe and clean.
