Ive been trying to cancel my gym membership since December of 2023 because I moved OOS. I wanted to keep my membership but unfortunately there is no O2 fitness in my current area. Unfortunately the process of cancelling is very long and it takes sometimes more than a week to get a reply. After several emails and calls, I was finally able to get a response that my account will be updated on March. Sunday March 17th I got a notice saying I still have a balance due of 297$ of January, February and March months that I have not attended to gym and the reason why I cancelled since Dec 2023. Kept seeing this notifications throughout 2024 but now they are threatening to send over to collections. Ive been patient with this process but due their poor membership service I would not recommend joining this gym.
