    Very friendly, knowledgeable and inexpensive auto repair and maintenance services. Best on the island as far as mechanic shops located on Carolina beach. Very busy so Id recommend an appointment but they are wonderful with customers who elect to not or are unable to schedule ahead. They have patched my tires, replaced tires, changed oil and serviced vehicle. Ive taken my suv there on several occasions and I always leave with the issue resolved on my car at a very reasonable price as a satisfied customer who would highly recommend anyone who is needing a trustworthy, honest, very reasonably priced and experienced mechanic shop locally on the island to handle all your automotive repair services on your personal and work vehicles.

    This place is unethical and are thieves! My son's vehicle was there waiting on an estimate for an axel. They said it absolutely could not be driven, very unsafe. Called for the 3rd time for an estimate today and "angel" said she would get back to us within 30 minutes. Never got a call back. They had the only set of keys in their office. Today it was found at their residence at Sea Scape on the North End of Carolina Beach with their son's phone in it & connected to blue tooth like he had been driving it for awhile. DO NOT EVER LEAVE YOUR VEHICLE THERE! They are un-trustworthy and lie. If it really could not be driven, why was their son driving it? DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP EVER! (-10 stars!)

    I would give 0 stars if possible. THIS SHOP SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN. They had my car for weeks for a job they said would take a few hours. After they damaged and incorrectly installed my parts, they stopped responding completely. I had to pick my car up from the shop weeks later using my spare key, and when I went to pick it up, the car was completely dead. Keep in mind that I had only had this car for about a month. Its a 2021 chevy malibu with 60,000 miles. I just needed some speakers installed. When I picked my car up, the battery was dead and completely drained, the trunk wouldnt open, and my windows no longer roll down. I had to take my car to another shop just to get it worked on. This happened a few months back, Ive called hundreds of times, left letters on the door, and I have still yet to hear back from them. After damaging the speakers that I brought, Moe said that he would replace them and he gave me 2 of his (that were a lesser quality) to use in the mean time. The 2 that he gave me have blown also. I spent hundreds of dollars with these people just to be left with damaged speakers and a damaged car. AVOID GOING HERE AT ALL COSTS.

Hi there Heidi. Truth be told, I've had to wait a few days before responding to your review as I've had a difficult time "digesting" the interaction between myself and your family the other day. Had you given me even a moment to speak before slandering myself and my business at a decibel that surely was attention grabbing to the rest of the people in the vicinity- I would have said this;I've been at my place of business since April of 2016. That makes approximately 7 and a half years that either myself and/or my husband have proudly been serving Pleasure Island and beyond. I've seen the business change hands a few times and I gratefully was able to help my customers comfortably transition from each business sale that occurred here; Which, as I am sure you can imagine is a difficult thing for people to adapt to. I think it must feel comparable to switching heart doctors or surgeons unexpectedly. I am appreciative of every single one of my customers, including you. I am always learning lessons here. Mostly good, and very seldom, shocking and pitiful.Ms. Drueppel, my customers come first. They always have. Serving you all in a positive, friendly, informative and understanding way is something that comes very naturally to me. It truly is a pity when, every so often I am confronted with humans that operate on the complete other end of that spectrum. I have never had to call a customer and ask for permission to test drive their vehicle. Contrary-wise, it is an expectation that we test drive customers vehicles. I was asked by my husband to drive your son's vehicle because he made an adjustment to the front lower suspension that we believed could possibly halt the need for a part that was not available before the Thanksgiving holiday. I had no intentions of stopping at the condo in which I had moved in the night before- I was contacted by the property manager just as I began driving and was asked to stop by in person in order to close on some things regarding said property. I hadn't been there for more than five minutes when I looked through the window and saw what appeared to be someone breaking into your son’s vehicle, not realizing it was him. It didn't occur to me that I'd be accused of something so difficult to conceive.We are not thieves ma'am. In utter fact; you have a bill here with us that has gone unpaid and you stole my employee's phone (not my son and he didn't drive the vehicle, either) and returned it broken. I do hope you could at least give me enough intellectual credit to not believe I'd steal your sons vehicle that A) has suspension and drive-axle issues and B)That I'd steal it to drive a half a mile down the road to play hooky from work and expect the vehicle not to be seen? Let's be realistic here...I suppose that was the most insulting part of our communications; well, up until now what with you posting my personal information on a site hosting thousands if not millions of users- made the rest of our conversation pale in comparison, even being told, and I quote, "Shut the f*** up" by your husband while I respectfully tried to offer you a seat in my home where we could sit and communicate maturely to each other. Unfortunately my attempts at resolving the unnecessary conflict proved to be futile as I was not allowed to speak during the entirety of our interaction but instead was subject to name calling and even threats to call the police (over grounds that I had and have zero concern about as again, I was not stealing your son's vehicle nor was I joy riding in it). We were actually trying to do a favor for you and save you some cash and have the car finished sooner than later. Hence why the quote was not finished yet. I had hoped to surprise you with good news. I'm sorry we didn't meet your expectations. That all said, please stop in and pay your bill, Thank you. Angel

Hi AJ. I'm sorry for your bad experience. Had we not been so backed up on work we wouldn't have considered letting someone else do the work besides Mo. That was my mistake, I learned my lesson and I do apologize for the inconvenience(s) this caused you. If you're in the area sometime soon I'd appreciate the chance to fix this issue (if you'll let us, if the issue is still present) and make the $200 you spent with us worth it. Being that it's the off-season we have plenty of time.
