After years of searching finally Crossland homes made our dream house come true! Gail Waugh is very sweet, patient , caring and shes helped us a lot in finding the best house we live in now. I also want to thank Angela , Jeremiah and everyone in the office who were so nice with us.

After having an awful experience at another local mobile home dealer in fletcher, we made the drive from Hendersonville to work with Crossland. Everyone in the office both times weve been has been friendly and welcoming, but Zack has went above and beyond. Definitely check them out if youre in the market for a new home. :)

Mario took spectacular care of me even though ultimately our deal wasn't meant to be.
Pros: fantastic prices, options, financing, knowledge and customer service. No pressure, either.
Cons: I just could not get the construction manager to return my calls or provide the information I needed to move the project forward.
