Jonathan did a great job constructing our home. To be honest, there were some challenges; building a house in the middle of a pandemic, with changing labor and material costs is not an easy job! However, Jonathan always had our best interests at heart, and we are very happy with our new home.

Great customer service, honesty, and a strong work ethic are traits we look for when hiring a person to build our dream home. Ive had the privilege of working with Jonathan Landry of Kaizen Homes. He possesses all of the above mentioned qualities, and much more. One of my favorite Jonathan stories is about the day we volunteered at an Asheville Area Habitat For Humanity Build in the Blue Ridge Mountains of North Carolina. It was one of the coldest days Ive ever experienced while working on a construction site! Some of the volunteers didnt even show up, due to the harsh weather conditions. Jonathan did with a big smile, a great attitude, and lots of know-how. He took time to help everyone with each task they were assigned. His can-do attitude helped keep the project on schedule that day, while also keeping our spirits high, despite the downright frigid conditions. Ive always been impressed with his broad knowledge of many subjects and his mad skills. On that blustery, winter day at the Habitat build, I saw what he was really made of, the right stuff! I highly recommend Jonathan Landry for any construction project you may have in mind. Youll be happy you hired him! One more cool fact: He and his wife are dedicated public radio fans. We actually met at a fundraiser at WNCW-FM in Spindale, NC. All the staffers, including myself, were super happy when the Landrys volunteered. They always rocked it! ~Vicki Dameron
