When you know a company's employees are happy campers...I attended the W. Asheville, NC Music Festival event this 06.16.18, where Ive had the pleasure to speak to Mr. James Bethune, one of ARISE's employees at the booth. I was perusing all the stands to see what was offered locally. When we came to ARISE, we were intrigued to find out about the services provided by ARISE. Alas, we had the pleasure of speaking with Mr. James Bethune, who was working on this day. Mr. Bethune was passionate about his work and the business of ensuring people's health and safety, and he enjoyed speaking about ARISE's mission and the services offered for these events. In fact, we were so energized after speaking to him that we decided wed wanted to let you know about the great marketing he did as a result; even without intention. As it so happens he asked me what I do and I said that I work for an interpretation company who provides services over the phone and via App for over 200 languages to hospitals across the US. So the fit and interests were mutual health and safety to our communities.

I stumbled upon Arise Event Services when I had a last minute cancellation of a breakdown crew -- yikes! Laine quickly rallied a group and was extremely communicative during the process, which eased my mind in a sticky situation. On event day, her hires checked in early, worked very hard and stayed proactive. I could tell they cared about doing the job right as opposed to cutting corners to finish the fastest way. Although we had a really tough breakdown (due to inclement weather at an outdoor event), everyone on the team kept a great attitude to the very end. Since then, I have booked Arise for all load outs, and I'm planning to hire her staff for other roles that open. I can't recommend this company enough.
