Mountain Springs Cabins

We celebrated our wedding at Mountain Springs and couldnt have been more happy! We were looking for a venue which was more relaxed and able to accommodate the majority of our guests. Kris and her team were patient and accommodating of all of our needs, from the smallest detail to sorting out housing arrangements. We couldnt have asked for a better support team. If you are thinking of celebrating your wedding and want the perfect mountain backdrop for it, Mountain Springs is a great choice!

I purchased a one night stay at the cricket house for my wifes birthday. Good: the room was ready early and it was nice being able to hear the creek water Bad: if you drive anything bigger than a car or a small pickup like a ranger. Youre not gonna fit on their roads. -when we arrived the tv would not work at all even after messing with hdmi cable and programming channels -The love seat was so uncomfortable you couldnt even sit on one side because the spring was coming up through the seat. -The bed was very uncomfortable so we did not get much rest that night before our drive back home - There was dust cobwebs in the door entrance to the bedroom, Im not sure how you could have missed it and the fan didnt look like it had been cleaned all year so we couldnt use it in the bed room - the stopper was broke in the sink so I had to hold it open with my pocket knife I expected more out of our stay for the price I paid for the night. The cleaning fee you pay is a joke I expected a refund of some sort whenever I went to check out, but received nothing, but a Im sorry for all of these things. We will not recommend this place or stay here in the future unless they want to take the money they receive and re invest it Into the property amenities.
