MCHP - Celo Health Center

My grown child goes here along with my grand kids. They have to go to the dr multiple times to get any thing done. The PC's are useless!!!!!!!! My grand baby has been to the dr numerous times. As a fact she went today and and nothing is getting done. Her tonsil is touching that thing in the middle.

amazing quality of care. friendly genuine people that truly care about health care. always clean, appointments readily available and the staff/DRS top notch. also very affordable. on of the best facilities ive ever been.

They are impossible to get in touch with. I have left multiple voicemails requesting information and have also gone through signing up to their patient portal in order to send a message requesting an appointment. If none of your providers are accepting new patients, then that's just how it is -- but not responding at all to inquiries is unacceptable. At the very least, if you are not going to respond to voicemails or messages sent through the patient portal, then A) disable the ability for people to request new patient appointments through the patient portal and remove the automated message that states every patient portal message will receive a response within a few business days and B) update your website and voicemail greeting to inform people that there is no current availability for new patients.
