        Kim was an absolutely AMAZING tour guide. She's been there about 17 yrs and it shows in both her knowledge & love for the animals. She answered all the questions our group asked and made it very educational for the children in our group. Her level of knowledge is definitely expertise! Price is exceptional. Gift shop facility is handicapped friendly with several clean restrooms, a water fountain, drinks & snacks available for purchase. Entire staff was very friendly.
