Shannon did an incredible job assisting us with the purchase of our home. She was readily available when we asked for a second showing. She was very attentive to our home inspection and made follow up inspections a breeze as my husband and I work full time with demanding schedules. She was able to answer all of our questions and I personally loved how she took time and sat with us one on one and thoroughly explained the next steps to take of our buying process and clear communication on negotiations. She is very knowledgeable of the area and had great recommendations when we were scouting for houses! We highly recommend working with Shannon you will not regret it!!

Kurt was always available. He communicated extremely well as most of the initial stages I was in another state. His knowledge of the area and his advice on builders and locations was spot on. He was quick to get answers and provided me with someone I could trust throughout the process. After closing he even helped us to unload the furniture into our new home. I find him to be professional, understanding and someone I would want to work with again if the situation arose.
