Poor customer service and a lack of unresponsiveness from this agency resulted in a great deal of issues.

The service has been absolutely horrible. No calls backs even when promised and misinformation from reps that resulted in a loss of home insurance for a loyal client of over 20+ years. The lack of empathy and action on behalf of the reps is absolutely appalling. Do not recommend!

Have attempted to reach someone at this office but the phone just rings. It seems that I am not the only person that has dealt with this issue at this location based on the comments. You are better off calling the Nationwide corporate office to gain information and request their assistance with demanding this location to either hire more staff or require additional training with assisting their Nationwide customers..

Very disappointed with the lack of response or consideration given to my mother (who is a senior), who's been a client of Nationwide for 25+ years. No follow up, no call back, no status of coverage notice for her home, nothing! All while dealing with a ongoing situation to maintain the insurance on her home, we were working with one of the agents to get the problem resolved. Took their recommendation to help correct the issue so she can maintain her coverage. After we did that, no one from the agency bothered to call or follow up with us to let us know her current insurance status. My mother received a call from her mortgage company letting her know her coverage lapsed. Thanks Peterson Agency for a job well done. Now my mother who is on a fixed income is faced with paying triple the insurance coverage because it's now through her mortgage company while we work on getting new coverage.
