        The new employees are very discriminating in natureand they dont care about your car and will not fight to help you get justice even when you are not at fault. They put the claim in your other drivers name, wont take the claim serious. No one shows up to inspect your car. No one calls. Nothing, they do absolutely nothing at that office. They are also money hungry and will count your SUVs as trucks! The experience at this specific location will leave you absolutely appalled. Save your time rather than waste it like I did.

      Hi Arben. I'm sorry you feel like you've been discriminated against but I don't believe it was with our agency. I have no record of you being a customer here and I can't find any claims under your name that is associated with our agency. And as far as the rating of suv's and trucks, we don't determine that.
