    Front desk and nurses were great. The PA I saw was very much less than great. Was given lab work orders, results came in and I messaged on the app to discuss results and no one responded. Definitely wouldnt recommend this office if you have chronic issues that you would like to discuss

    Disappointed is an understatement. I called Burlington Family Practice this morning regarding a health issue that has been reoccurring for me the past few months. While I already had iffy feelings towards them from previous problems, this one takes the cake. After being put through the wringer by several people - including one very rude after hours nurse, I finally was given a virtual appointment with Dr. Payne, as she was the first available and I wanted to get started on antibiotics quickly. I have never felt so invisible, so ignored, so unimportant, as I felt with Dr. Payne. She was absolutely disgusting towards me. She did not care about my previous medical history and that this has happened to me two other times just within the past few months. She tried to gaslight me and said that there was nothing wrong with me, even though I very clearly was experiencing the same symptoms as the last two times. I tried asking questions, but it was like I was talking to a brick wall. She made it VERY clear that she had NO INTENTIONS WHATSOEVER to help me. I was left with NONE of my questions answered, and felt so helpless. Something that I thought would be so easy to simply get medicine for so that my symptoms dont become more severe, and instead I was met with complete disinterest for my health. I was brushed off that call in a matter of a few minutes. To top it all off, when I called back to try and speak with someone who might actually be able to help me, I was told that I would still be responsible for paying for this visit - this visit that answered not even one single question. I am so disgusted by Burlington Family Practice. I am now sitting here writing this review, still sans any kind of medication in me and symptoms becoming worse. I have never met a more cold, unsympathetic person in my life. The folks at Burlington Family Practice do not care about you - plain and simple.

    If I could give them negative stars I would. They dont care about you at all your just a number for them file for money. The MA took my blood pressure and it was a high reading which I dont have high blood pressure so she took it again in the other arm and it was higher by 6 points. Im thinking either your equipment is not working correctly because if I had two different t readings something is very wrong but they were not concerned and moved on. After I opened up as to why I was there they denied me the medication to help because of the faulty blood pressure reading. The NO was just a pencil pusher no critical thinking or concern at all, she only stated what she was comfortable with. Then she wanted me to blood work. Needless to say I did not. I left from there feeling worst than when I arrived as far As my self esteem. This was a total waste of time and money. Please get care elsewhere! I found a better PCP who took my blood pressure the correct way and they got a normal Reading and they listened to me and my concerns and gave me the medicine I needed. I recommend Scott community practice if you really want a good provider but dont go here they are all rude and just focused on the bottom dollar and dont think critically Or listen to you
