    I purchased a 2023 cadillac escalade from modern Chevrolet in October 2023. As of January I still do not have a tag or title. 30 days after purchase they told me they did not have a copy of my driver's license and insurance which I was required to send when I filled out the application for them to hold me the car until the next day. I live out of state so they sent me a 2nd temporary tag in November after I called back when I still did not get a tag. I'm then told the 2nd insurance info I sent was nit correct but confirmed it when sent.In December still no tag so I call back and i am told the paperwork has been processed but it may still take 2 weeks but by law they cannot issue a 3rd temp tag so just keep proof of purchase in vehicle. Finance company now threatening to increase my interest rate because they think they are not listed as lien holder but they check when I talk to them and still nothing entered I'm the system. I called the dealership and left the GM a message no return call. So I'm riding around with a 130,000 car with expired tags still in January. They have been paid their commission at this point I'm sure so they don't have any sense of urgency or concern!

    The service department here is unorganized, unaccommodating and quite frankly the worst experience weve had with any dealership. Youd think spending $100k would get you at least mediocre service. Thank goodness for Fred in sales, at least he has the wherewithal to try and cover their mistakes.
