I just signed my lease for a 1 bedroom apt here. I have to say what an amazing experience it was dealing with the property manager Jasmine Ramos. She was a pure delight from start to finish. Great personality, very knowledgeable and just a great experience. I cant say enough good things about her and my experience here. I relocated from NJ to Burlington NC after selling my house of 27 years and was clueless how to even rent an apt or who to call and set up services with or what I needed to do and Jasmine answered all my calls and questions and helped me so much. An awesome person and greatly appreciated all her help!

I called wondering about leasing an apartment. They told me it would be $890/month for a 2 bedroom. I asked how to apply and was told to do it online and I would need to pay a $50 fee. That seemed low, but I applied anyway. Then the application page asks me to pay an extra $300 fee, plus a $7 service fee. That was more in line with other apartments, so I paid it. Now my application has been accepted, except they want me to agree to paying over $1500/month. I called them to inquire about this, and they said they'd contact me back and I have yet to hear from them.

West Pointe Apartments has been the perfect place to live over the past year! The property manager has been kind and helpful from the start, answering all of my questions, making recommendations, and assisting me with everything I need. This is my first apartment, so I needed a lot of assistance and Josh was (and is) always amazing to work with! The apartments are very nice and competitively priced, the residents are quiet and respectful, and I feel safe here. Josh in maintenance is also wonderfully attentive and quick to address the few requests we have had. He even brought us space heaters when the HVAC technician was not able to get a part until the next day, and then picked them up a few days later. We didnt have to lift a finger. Overall, the friendly, caring, and quality atmosphere of West Pointe Apartments makes it a lovely place to live. I could not ask for a better first apartment experience and I will be staying here as long as I am living in the area.
