        Tonya was absolutely fabulous to work with. My husband and I recently closed on our first home after the longest gone search in history (completely our fault being wishy-washy!) Tonya was patient with us and walked us through (in detail) every step of the process and answered our millions of questions and requests for more information. With the fast pace of the market combined with the challenge of slow decision makers as buyers - Tonya helped us find the PERFECT home, checking boxes I didnt even know needed to be checked!, and is even helping us with referrals to contractors for updates we want to make.         The home purchasing experience with Ms. Trina Donaldson was fantastic. We started last summer and let her know if we were interested in a new bulid. Trina was dogmatic about finding land, some preexisting structures and assisting us with weighing our options. Ms. Donaldson finally took us to Anderson Creek and began working with Mrs. Mona Basin. After looking at several homes we found the perfect fit for our family. Another selling point was Ms. Donaldson's constant communication, work with the selling agent and finding a builder that is 100% for the client. Mr. Woody at Red Rock is extremely professional and also provided constant feedback between Ms. Mona, Ms. Trina and our family. I highly recommend Ms.Trina Donaldson to military families and anyone that need an honorable and honest real estate agent. She works extremely hard for the client and is the most responsive person we have had the pleasure to work with. Thank you Ms. Donaldson we love our new home.
