    Riped off. I was $125 for diagnosis for leak which that would be applied toward the repair of completed by him. My Kenmore washing machine has a small leak. The hose has a small hole and needed replacing. The replacement hose was less than $20 to replace and it took him all of 15 minutes to replace the hose. One clamp holding the hose in place sitting on top in plan sight with easy access. The other side slips into a container. The charge $396.04!! Your over priced work is going to put you out of business. Whos going to use you twice or refer you? Sickening! I couldve bought a new machine at this price.

    Mr. Appliance sent a technician to my house to troubleshoot a leak in my dishwasher. The unit still worked. The technician arrived I informed him that it was leaking. also explained that i had a code i30 months ago but i cleared. Very clearly stated the code is not the issue. He pulled it apart and couldn't find a leak. he had disconnected things. He said it was the pump over $500.00 to replace. I said okay. Instructed technician to put it back together and i will have it replaced at my discretion. He did or i thought he did. It was still pulled out. I told him to leave it so i could still use it, until we could have it replaced. He charged me $120 for the service call. When i went to use the dishwasher it coded i50 and the red light came on the bottom of the dishwasher. Dead on arrival. Never worked again. I call the number and explained his technician did not know what he was doing, he mad my situation untenable. I explained this was not okay, and i requested a refund on my service call. I wasn't mad or yelling and told him to do the right thing. My check was cashed and i never heard back. I do not recommend Mr. Appliance.

Thanks for the review on your Kenmore washing machine. The cost of the part is incorrect . Maybe for used part, which we do not use. we use only OEM parts with a 1 year warranty guarantee. With the skill of our factory certified technicians and the parts and shipping and tax, I believe we gave an honest and fair price plus we do not charge customers by hourly , no matter how long the technician spent on task 15 mins or 3 hours , it is the same price. Sometimes, The repair does not make sense to the customer and that's why, in those cases, we only charge the diagnostic fee if you choose to not have the repair done. before we do any repair we give exact and honest quote to our customer. Thanks for choosing Mr Appliance.
