Our AC unit upstairs stopped working. We called Chris' Heating and Cooling and within 3 hours they had someone at the house and AC was working. No extra service charge for a Sunday or emergency which others were quoting. Repair cost was quite reasonable. Would definitely recommend and will use again Service: A/C system repair

Stop looking and call Chris. Save his contact for later if youre not. My good friend & neighbor gave the referral and my second estimate. For context, dear internet stranger. -Not here to gloat. I work (and live) in the busy civil engineering construction world. I know a superb subcontractor when I see em. Hes it. My house is a sty from all the work boot and dog traffic. They still laid down mats and wore booties. I sorta thought it was a joke. -Like Cmon fellas I get it. Its dirty. Ha. Ha. -Nope, Im just a displaced Midwest guy still learning the ropes. These are good ole southern eggs respecting another persons home. He did what he said at a very competitive fee and effectively communicated when he would do it. His knowledge is on point. One can not ask for more. Yep. He tickled my curiosity and taught me a little about his business. Explained a few things about the heat pump and Carnot cycles I wish I had heard struggling with thermodynamics in college. Later had to crack the book to be sure. And he was. Its a very stressful world right now. Its getting hot. Heaven forbid yours goes out, please give good ole Chris a shout.

I don’t normally write bad reviews on a business but this had to be done. I moved into my house in Jan. Shortly after in late Feb we realized our furnace/AC just ran constantly so I called and went with Chris’ Heating and cooling bc they were the first company who could come out. Came out the same day diagnosed the issue and said it would be the next day to get the part and fix the issue. It was an entire week later. He set the appointment for 8 am. It was 9:30 before anyone showed up. No courtesy call to say hey we are running late. I was extremely annoyed bc I wanted to be there to see the work(wanted to make sure he was using NEW parts) but had to take my kids to school. His guy supposedly fixed the issue(which has a year warranty on the work). Fast fwd to now. Our Furnace and AC runs constantly again. He came out one day while my wife was home and magically the AC worked just fine while he was here but we still have the same issue so I scheduled with him for Tuesday(9/14/21) 1-5. No call no show. He text me Wed to set a time for Thursday(9/16/21) at 3! No call no show! EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. Stand behind your work. Communicate! Don’t just take peoples money and run. Be professional. Use this company at your own risk bc you will be disappointed if you have to call back bc he will duck and dodge you.
