Cannot say enough good things about CCH! On-time and on-budget during our 2022-2023 build. Nearly 1 year to the day from breaking ground to move-in ready. That they did it during supply chain disruptions and labor shortages that seemed to hamper other building projects is a testament to their project management. Richard, Karen and Jerry were super-responsive and easy to work with. Very communicative and on top of things - which was especially appreciated as we were living 900 miles away during the build. We were consulted over any change they considered was necessary and provided with detail documentation of every dollar spent every month. Very open to our wishes and provided their opinions on value vs cost as well as working with us to identify local suppliers for flooring, tile, electrical fixtures, appliances, etc. so we had control over the materials we selected. The quality and attention to detail was superb and their subs were all professional, fast and detail oriented themselves. We've built before and that experience made us say "never again". This build completely erases that experience and replaces it with one we couldn't be happier with. We would never hesitate to recommend Crone Custom and would gladly show off what he did for us.
