Sarah is wonderful! She's helped us on several transactions. So friendly and professional. Took time to explain everything and get our questions resolved. And when we use the drive-through, the other employees are efficient and helpful as well.

I have banked with Pnc starting when I lived in Kentucky for 16 years. I have needed very little from them and been happy with the service until this past year. Back in the summer I was selling a piece of property I needed to speak with someone about how to handle the money. I was told somebody would call me back in a few hours. They never called back. Then when I was ready to buy a house, I went to them to get my home loan. I actually walked into the bank to talk with someone. He told me the loan officer would be back with me that afternoon or the next day. No one called me back and a week later I had to call them. have to say they were less than helpful. I felt like they didnt care if they had my business or not. I finally gave up with them and went to rocket mortgage which was more than happy to have my business and had excellent customer service. I probably will not be banking with Pnc much longer sadly.
