Terrible, awful experience. Our whole family has strep and COVID. I tried to cancel an appointment as we werent well enough to attend it (it was a basic followup) and they told us they would charge us still for the appointment as well as mark us as no shows. For a place that is supposed to care about your health and wellbeing this is absolutely absurd. As a parent, I needed to take my daughter to the pediatrician as he physical health needed to be treated (running a fever and not coherent) and she was in no state to attend a followup therapy appointment that could have been scheduled for any other day. As a parent, the right thing to do is to take care of your child when they are sick. Instead of working with us to reschedule, they want to charge us for this appointment and a followup. We will not be returning Boone needs more choices. If someone is sick they are sick! This place is all about money not helping people.

Drove over an hour and made it in time for the appointment even after many obstacles and front desk denied the appointment even though we were 10 minutes early

Overall negative experience. We made an appointment with "Dr. Carl" and it was not revealed to us until the appointment started that "Dr. Carl" is a PA. I work in healthcare and have no problem seeing PAs and NPs, in fact I often prefer them, however it seemed both deceptive and bizarre that a clinic would misrepresent the clinician as "Dr." when he is apparently not a medical doctor. I wanted to look him up on the website to better understand his credentials, however he is not on the website. I could only find unrelated websites that list his NPI number and designation as a PA. Besides this, Carl did not come across as particularly engaged or understanding of the chief complaints. It felt like he wasn't really hearing what we were trying to say. It seemed like he had an idea in mind and ran with it, rather than listening to the information provided and making a nuanced clinical impression and treatment plan. It seemed like he was just clicking through a preloaded list of questions on his computer rather than trying to understand the patient. We left feeling like he just really didn't get an accurate read on the patient at all. When we brought up the chief complaints again at the end of the visit, he seemed somewhat annoyed and quickly wrapped up the visit saying that will be addressed at a later time. At $150 a session, it is not practical to keep coming back in hopes the main complaint will be addressed. The front desk staff was very polite and helpful. We appreciated getting a follow up call the next day to ask about patient satisfaction; the caller was very sympathetic. Overall we were really let down by the service we were provided and are sad to have paid $150. I wish we could get a refund, especially given that we were directly misled as to the credentials of the provider, and that the provider did not provide any treatment options for the main complaint.

DO NOT GO HERE, they have little to know regard to your mental health. You can be dropped at the drop of a hat and they don't care. They Will block you and not respond to any of your messages. And by law are supposed to provide you with your medical records which they have yet to do it's been over 2 months and will not respond to any voicemails or emails. Can also put you in the hospital from prescribing you the wrong medications and not correcting it. Surprised they're not under any kind of malpractice or lawsuits but I'm pretty sure one's HORRIBLE JUST HORRIBLE experience. Almost caused my 17yr old to have a suicidal episode. Put her in and out of the ER/hospital for over 2mnths trying to recover from what they did to her.

In office appointments are good. But have had the worst experience with therapy which is virtual. Ive had 3 of my appointments of just me waiting in the waiting room and no one show up. And when I call I get short answers and mostly confusion. The only appointment I had show up was late and I only got 20 minutes to talk. Im quite disappointed.
