        We were heading back to Wake County when our low tire pressure warning light came on. Black Mountain Tire was on the way, so we pulled in. The staff were very kind and welcoming, fixed the tire (checked the others just to be safe) and would not let us pay him. In 15 minutes we were back on the road.

        Best in town, I couldn't imagine anyone having anything bad to say. All my whole families tire business goes to BM Tire. Such a great part of our community and I can't count how many times I've scene them plug tires for free. True Community minded folks!

        I was taking my Dad to the military hospital in Asheville we were five miles from Black mountain on interstate 40 when a key punctured the tire the air was coming out fast and we barely made it to Black mountain tire we pulled up and I seen a man out side and explained to him I had to get my dad to the hospital I think his name was Cody he grab his tools and went to work with in five minutes he plugged the tire and we were on our way we made it to the hospital with two minutes to spare please support this local business they went above and beyond thank you so much.

        Got a nasty screw in my tire and was so upset and didnt know where to go. We decided to come here and they were so nice and plugged my tire in maybe 5 mins. They truly run their business from their heart and not their pocket and thats rare these days. Just from the tire plug I will be bringing my tire business to them! Thanks y'all made my day so much better!
