This company is awesome! Definitely easier and quicker than county only plans. But only when you are paying them. If not, even when they've done past work for you, getting a response is very difficult or impossible.

Walker was quick to get me in for a property the sellers wanted less than a month closing. Nathan Heath is a master of his craft and came out and got right to it. He diligently worked to find the best layout for a conventional system on a tricky property for me. These guys know what they are doing and will leave you with much more peace of mind than the county would. 10/10 would recommend and reuse their services

I hired Walker at LRM to assess my lot and design a pump septic in Henderson County and I gotta say these guys are wonderful! I met Nathan at my property and he was happy to explain the process and answer all of my questions. I had some tight deadlines I was working with to secure builder pricing and lower mortgage rates and these guys were able to get the permits done and submitted to the county under that deadline (and saved me a LOT of money by doing so!) I also would have saved more time and money had I hired them initially rather than trying to go through county permitting first. I highly recommend LRM - these guys are professional, communicative, timely, and very knowledgeable.

Highly recommend the expertise and service provided by Land Resources Management. We recently went under contract to sell property on the Lake and needed a quick turnaround in order to proceed with the purchase. LRM came through for us in an era where you're lucky to even get a return phone call. They set expectations and communicated along the way. We could not be more pleased with their service.
