Walgreens Pharmacy

This store is pristine clean. The pharmacist and store associate were considerate and helpful in interactions with them on the phone and in person. I'll be coming back here & spreading the word on Nextdoor.

The staff and customer service were unpalatable. While waiting inside the store for a vaccine, the staff were gossiping about and bad mouthing the drive-thru customers. The store itself is small, dirty, and depressing. Just like the staff.

Very poor customer service. Vanessa was very rude. Lost my Fed X package had to wait 20 min for service.

Avoid this pharmacy at all costs. The pharmacist is rude and makes no mistakeswrong. The employees reflect that same attitude. They screwed up my prescription and blamed it on my doctor. Its small and their inventory and customer service is very poor. Dont go there!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER ** Black Mountain NC Store #17288 8/01/21 5:43 pm I am interested in having the Pfizer vaccine. I find that this location has it in stock. This is my only day off. I go to Walgreens and as soon as I walk in, the associate is so hateful and rude. They are closing in 15-20 minutes. So, I was too late to get the vaccine. I didnt have a problem with coming back on my next visit. But, I did buy some books and a few things. The associate was obviously very irritated with me being interested in making a purchase. She had to open up the cash drawer just to check a price. I purchased the items and she did not acknowledge me or speak. I understand its close to quitting time but you have an obligation to serve the public as a pharmacy. This wasnt a super store. It is a standalone small new Walgreens and is very limited in inventory. Like a small neighborhood pharmacy. Theres no excuse for being treated like I was. I will contact her supervisor and file a formal complaint.
