      I am unaware of any broken furniture nor have I gotten any missed calls. If you'll call me at 828-707-8723 I'll be more than happy to discuss any grievances that you have with our company. We do our best to protect against breakage by wrapping furniture with moving pads and Saran wrap. The only time that we don't wrap furniture is that the customers request. I apologize if anything did get broken during your move as we strive to never break anything. 😕 I tried to look you up in our records but I do not see your name anywhere so I'm not sure who to contact but if you call the number I provided I will return your call right away. Thank you for your business.
