Had recently moved to Black Mountain NC from out of state and needed to get a Last Will and Testament/Health Proxy etc package done and wanted to you use an attorney who specialized in that field. After reading a lot of reviews and contacting a few Estate/Eldercare attorney offices, we decided to retain Wendy Craig. The process went very smoothly and the office was extremely professional and thorough. The cost was very much in line with the other well rated Estate/Eldercare attorney's we had considered. I became a client of Wendy Craig in late 2008 when my parents health began to fail. Overwhelmed by Medicaid requirements I realized I needed help. I turned to Wendy and associates to lead me through the process. I soon realized just how difficult and complicated the Medicaid process could be. Wendy laid out a plan for the care of both Mom and Dad, as well as protecting their assets. My Dad passed away first in late 2009, and then my Mom in 2018. During this 8 to 9 year period the advice, and planning, from Wendy Craig, PA became invaluable. Losing your parents is a very difficult journey. However with the expert and caring advice provided by Wendy made that journey from a legal standpoint, much less complex.
