Lindsay Davison provided us with excellent service as our buyer's agent. As out of state customers looking to settle in North Caroline, she helped us with our search and provided my wife and I with valuable information about the areas in which we were interested. With Lindsay's help, we found a home with many of the amenities we wanted. Lindsay helped us through the process of making the offer all the way through closing. She stayed on top of all personnel involved with our closing and we closed on time with no issues. We could not have asked for a better person to work with! Our situation was chaos, layoff during closing and a baby on the way.
