I could not have asked for a better realtor. Where do I even begin? He not only was very responsive and knowledgeable, he advocated for us at every meeting as first time home buyers. He explained things very clearly and assured at every step of the way. We would have not found our dream home, if it were not for his relentless dedication to serving our best interests. Doug is a top performer when it comes to realestate and matching the buyer with the seller. I appreciate that he listens to your concerns and addresses them appropriately. He is exceptional with networking and thinking outside of the box. I didn't consider getting my house built until he presented me with that option. He is energetic and driven and we appreciate him for making homeownership in North Carolina a reality for us.

Ive known doug for three years now. It started when we played pickup ultimate frisbee together. (Me and Doug play with a group every sunday at thompson road park in Garner. Come join us!!) one time we even went to red robin after. He was always super nice and let me fish his pond whenever I asked. Ive always joked with him about buying a house through him when I was older. Well I finally did it! Doug was very professional and answered any questions I had day or night. He continues to answer questions even after we have moved into our new home. Would recommend 10/10.
